A two phase development converting the former Victorian school building into teaching accommodation and constructing a new residential complex for 24 students.
A particularly demanding brief and timescale ensured continuity of the academic programme. The new build element was designed in the Scottish baronial style and connected to the Victorial building via a glazed link corridor.
