At the start of 2005, we are completing two major developments in Perth namely, a new flatted complex on Glasgow Road, Perth and the conversion of former customs complex/offices in South Street, Perth to residential use.

Project feasibilities include housing in Blairgowrie, 40 flats in Falkirk and at the former Croftinloan School in Pitlochry, a development of large detached houses in walled garden setting.

Underpinning this general spread of commissions is of course a large and diverse range of projects including individual houses and extensions, condition surveys, office alterations, hotel conversions and general feasibility studies.
